Job summary

Waterfield Tech is seeking an experienced Delivery Owner to own delivery outcomes across a portfolio of customer experience and contact center modernization engagements, spanning cloud platforms, multi-vendor integrations, and AI-driven capabilities.

You will lead delivery success, including time, scope, quality, and margin, and hold the line on scope to ensure what is sold is delivered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years delivering complex technical services engagements.
• 3+ years in a delivery leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes across a portfolio of customers and projects.
• Lead the account-level delivery leadership and governance.
• Validate feasibility and prepare scope, deliverables, and SOW inputs.
• Establish delivery approach, standards, and kickoff-readiness gates.
• Connect engagements to customer ROI and value realization.
• Enforce change control and scope management.
• Own costing inputs, burn vs. plan, and margin risk forecasting.
• Lead executive delivery conversations and governance cadence.
• Collaborate with commercial owners, pre-sales, and CS teams.
• Provide delivery inputs into renewals and expansions.
