You will coach hourly associates, coordinate schedules with operations planning, and partner with multiple departments to remove barriers, improve metrics, and maintain a professional, safety‑minded work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with ability to lead a team in transportation or related fields.
• Proven coaching and training skills with the ability to develop staff and improve performance.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of delivery drivers in the transportation delivery operation.
• Maintain on-time deliveries with a Full, Fresh and Friendly mindset.
• Coordinate schedules and deliveries with operations planning teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve transportation, safety, and customer service.
• Assist in designing solutions to increase productivity while ensuring safe work methods.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to solve problems through scheduling efforts.
• Communicate delivery issues with customers and internal teams to resolve them.
• Maintain equipment condition and remove barriers for the team and site.
• Coach delivery protocol and drive continuous improvement in results.
• Document coaching activity and share feedback with the team.
• Lead daily operations with professionalism and a positive environment.
