Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor at our Louisville, KY fulfillment center. You will lead a team of delivery drivers, drive on-time deliveries, and promote safety and efficiency in daily operations.

You will collaborate with operations planning, coach associates, and monitor key metrics to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction while upholding Kroger values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team in Transportation, Distribution, or Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of DOT compliance laws.
• Ability to coach and train and to identify business problems and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of delivery drivers in the transportation delivery operation.
• Maintain on-time deliveries with a Full, Fresh and Friendly mindset.
• Coordinate schedules and deliveries with operations planning teams.
• Identify and address transportation/safety/customer service opportunities promptly.
• Design and implement solutions to increase productivity and ensure safe work methods.
