Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, freight operations, or similar field.
• Experience managing carrier relationships and accountability.
• Strong ability to build and use operational reports and trackers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound freight execution across FTL and LTL.
• Identify and resolve shipment exceptions and routing issues promptly.
• Build dashboards and reports for real-time freight visibility.
• Lead carrier RFPs and rate negotiations backed by data.
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers, warehouses, and manufacturers.
