Job summary

The Suddath Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to support day-to-day home delivery operations. You will liaise between customers, Operations, Independent Contractors, and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate service execution.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining delivery records, and coordinating across departments to meet daily delivery schedules and client commitments.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Office experience required.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and support customer, client, and Independent Contractor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and maintain delivery-related documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), service orders, manifests, and other records.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer, order, delivery, and contractor information within company systems.
• Monitor and research open, unassigned, or exception orders to support timely resolution and service completion.
• Collaborate with Operations and Warehouse teams to support daily delivery schedules, route execution, and customer commitments.
