Job summary

Martin Brower is seeking a delivery operations supervisor for a full-time day shift (Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00am–6:00pm). The role involves supervising daily delivery operations, planning driver schedules and routes, and ensuring on-time deliveries while fostering employee engagement and a culture of accountability.

Required education includes an Associate degree with 3–4+ years of related experience (or GED with 5+ years and supervisory experience). A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 3–4 years related experience, or GED with 5+ years and 1–2 years supervisory exp.
• Willingness to work full-time day shift (Wed–Sat) and manage delivery operations.
• Experience supervising routing, scheduling, and driver performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning driver schedules and routes.
• Balance delivery schedules to meet customer demands and service hours.
• Foster an environment promoting employee engagement and motivation.
• Monitor driver performance and KPIs; address gaps to meet targets.
• Ensure DOT/OSHA compliance and safety audits.
• Coordinate and adjust routes daily for accurate deliveries.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and cross-team collaboration.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
