Job summary

Martin Brower seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a dynamic, multi-temperature warehouse operation in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will relocate if needed to grow within the organization and drive safe, compliant operations around the clock.

You will supervise Transport and Warehouse Managers, pushing for high morale, strong customer focus, and continuous process improvements while meeting annual targets and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11+ years of specific experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a multi-temperature, tech-driven warehouse, and be willing to relocate for career advancement within Martin Brower.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment for all employees in a 24/7 warehouse.
• Provide leadership to Transportation and Warehouse Managers, fostering high employee morale and engagement.
• Achieve annual performance goals by executing company processes and participating in budget and P&L development.
• Solve problems promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to facility initiatives and committees.
• Present at customer and employee meetings, and champion change to drive facility improvements.
