Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning driver schedules and routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Foster an engaging environment and motivate staff.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure productivity to meet department targets.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/OSHA and safety standards.
• Coordinate driver routes daily to balance schedules and customer demands.
• Maintain positive internal and external customer relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
