Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily routes and assist with staffing analysis.
• Train and develop delivery/merchandising personnel and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist in recruiting and reducing turnover; boost department morale.
• Provide feedback on employee issues, morale, productivity, etc.
• Communicate market issues to management, including competitive activity.
• Maintain package integrity and ensure proper product rotation and quality.
