Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Portsmouth, OH is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to lead the delivery and merchandising of our products, onboard new teammates, respond to issues, optimize routes, and uphold safety and compliance. The supervisor will train merchandisers and conduct RED rides as part of development.

The role requires leadership experience, ability to coach teams, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office; a Class A CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Ability to obtain a Class A CDL.
• Experience leading a delivery/merchandising team is preferred.
• Proven planning and organizational skills, with coaching ability.
• Ability to lift and merchandise up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Full-Service Delivery Merchandisers and Cashiers to meet targets.
• Onboard new teammates and provide ongoing coaching and training.
• Optimize route efficiency and ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage cash handling, timekeeping, and audits as required.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, warehouse and route planning teams.
