Qualifications

• Work with Delivery Manager to manage the Delivery Department and meet KOIs.
• Assist in ensuring timely deliveries, proper rotation, merchandising, customer service, safe driving, and vehicle maintenance.
• Stand-In during any absence of the Delivery Manager.
• Manage Team headcount and KOI tracking.
• Ensure DOT policies are adhered to by drivers.
• Recruitment/interviews and hiring with Managing Director approval.
• Conduct safety and driver meetings; complete safety investigations.
• Promote sales of products with regular accounts.
• Maintain open communications with owners and managers.
• Dress professionally; report traffic violations affecting CDL status.
