Job summary

Gulf Distributing Holdings LLC in Panama City is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead merchandising and delivery activities across assigned territories. You will oversee drivers, ensure proper stocking, and complete paperwork accurately.

The role requires strong leadership, a valid Class A CDL, and the ability to coordinate across departments. You will monitor performance, train staff, and ensure DOT compliance while driving service levels for customers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Experience coordinating beverage deliveries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery drivers to ensure timely deliveries, proper rotation, merchandising, customer service, safe driving and vehicle maintenance.
• Conduct on-the job training for all delivery drivers and helpers to ensure professionalism and consistency.
• Ensure that all accounts receivable are collected according to company policies.
• Conduct periodic work-withs to observe, critique, and improve delivery performance.
• Have a working knowledge of all delivery routes and fill-in during sick and vacation time as needed.
• Ensure all Delivery Drivers adhere to DOT policies (i.e., Daily Truck Reports, Current DOT Cards).
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing prospective employees.
• Perform all work activities in accordance to established safe work practices, policies and procedures.
