Gulf Distributing Holdings, LLC is seeking a Delivery Driver to handle delivery, storage and merchandising of Gulf Distributing products at assigned accounts. The role emphasizes safe truck operation, timely routes, and accurate handling of money, goods, and paperwork.

Responsibilities include proper loading, product rotation, POS placement, account merchandising, and adherence to safety and company policies. Regular participation in safety meetings and DOT log maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Must report to work on time and clock in and out at appropriate times.
• Ensure your truck is properly loaded at all times to prevent damage to the product.
• Count your product load out and in each day with warehouse personnel, ensuring accuracy.
• Make deliveries according to the established route sequence.
• Avoid deliveries during retailers’ busy times when possible.
• Rotate product within coolers, displays and backrooms.
• Merchandise and sign displays as directed by Salespersons.
• Use paper and permanent POS correctly in each account.
• Complete all special attention items communicated by Salespersons or Channel Manager.
• Prepare all paperwork correctly according to procedures.
• Collect all monies due for deliveries and verify per procedures.
• Safely handle empties and unsold product to prevent damage.
• Attend Safety and Drivers Meetings and maintain DOT logs.
• Inspect vehicle daily before leaving the warehouse per DOT regulations.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
