Job summary

Temco Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support drivers and office teams, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with the General Manager and leadership to maintain compliance and deliver an outstanding employee experience.

Responsibilities include optimizing routes, monitoring performance, and driving payroll accuracy, with DOT regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading drivers and logistics teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage schedules, forecasts, and hours budgets.
• Familiar with DOT regulations and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes, performance, and service levels throughout the day.
• Train, onboard, and assess drivers and technicians; manage schedules.
• Review payroll, check-in procedures, claims, and documentation for accuracy.
• Oversee inventory, office supplies, and parts; manage staging for dispatch.
