Qualifications

• Must have transportation operations experience.
• Routing and dispatching experience required.
• Warehouse management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions.
• Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Build, manage and adjust office and driver schedules.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Prepare delivery manifests and dispatch readiness.
• Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance.
• Review payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Process reschedules, cancellations and service exceptions.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics at 3PL locations.
• Track recycling and waste levels and recommend improvements.
