Frank Beverage Group is seeking a Delivery Manager in Sussex, WI to direct the delivery department, optimize routes, and ensure reliable, compliant operations. You will oversee driver supervisors, coordinate with the Fleet Manager, and lead staffing decisions to meet daily distribution goals.

The role emphasizes training, safety compliance, and continuous improvement in delivery efficiency. A CDL Class A license and beverage-industry experience are preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or retail operations with supervisory responsibility.
• Beverage industry experience preferred.
• Class A CDL required.
• Strong routing, scheduling, and resource-management skills.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, FMCSA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver supervisors and delivery team to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Collaborate with Fleet Manager to maintain equipment.
• Oversee staffing, including seasonal hiring, and performance reviews.
• Ensure training is thorough and consistent across the delivery team.
• Identify and implement improvements in routing, service, and labor utilization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
