Job summary

Domino's Raleigh is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead delivery drivers and CSRs, ensuring orders are expedited correctly and staffing is maintained throughout the day. You will open the store, set it up for on-time operation, and foster urgency with every order.

Additionally, you will close with cash handling and deposits, conduct nightly inventory, coach staff on customer care, route optimization, and uphold grooming and appearance standards while promoting pizzas and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly
• Maintain staffing levels mirroring business needs at any time of day
• When closing, responsible for end of night bank deposits
• When closing, responsible for a nightly product inventory count
• When opening, store setup ready to receive orders on time
• Foster and project a sense of urgency with each order
• Handle disputes to convert unhappy customers into returning customers
• Collect money and signed credit card receipts from drivers at shift end
• Ensure delivery vehicles pass inspection both mechanically and visually
• Assist with routing to maximize service while meeting Domino's on-time standards
• Uphold Domino's grooming, uniform, and appearance standards
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
