Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a General Manager to lead delivery drivers and CSRs, ensuring orders are expedited, deposits are handled, and nightly inventories completed. You will open/close shifts, uphold grooming standards, and drive the store’s performance by adhering to Domino’s operational guidelines.

You’ll train staff, manage labor, read P&L statements, and promote products while maintaining top-tier customer service and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited and accurate.
• Responsible for end-of-night deposits and nightly product inventory.
• Open the store on time and ready to receive orders; ensure proper setup.
• Foster urgency with every order and maintain operations per Domino’s standards.
• Read and understand the P&L ledger and adjust staffing to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total store operations and communicate with managers and staff on operational impacts.
• Maintain staffing levels and create employee schedules based on labor needs.
• Ensure vehicle inspections for delivery; route drivers to maximize on-time service and efficiency.
• Promote pizza products, specials and promotions; cross-train for prep, closing/opening, and equipment use.
