Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles, while driving route planning to meet customer needs in Las Vegas. The role will lead supervisory and driver staff, and collaborate with HR on staffing to maximize employee involvement.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years in management, or a high school diploma with 8+ years and 4+ years in management; a Master's Degree is

• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles and equipment.
• Manage key operating performance indicators including offload rates and performance to budget and financial goals.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships by overseeing route planning to meet customer needs.
• Partner with Human Resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year to maximize employee involvement.
• Provide development to supervisory and driver staff and potentially lead committees such as quality and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
