Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Las Vegas is seeking a Frontline Supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations, plan driver schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries.

You will monitor KPIs, foster engagement, uphold DOT/OSHA safety standards, coordinate routes, and maintain strong customer relations, contributing to overall efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years supervisory experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning driver schedules and routes
• Foster an environment that motivates employees and ensures a valued, productive team
• Monitor driver performance and KPIs to meet department targets
• Ensure safety compliance with DOT, OSHA, and related standards
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance schedules, customer demands, and workload
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication and collaboration

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and schedulingincluding planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time
• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement, taking responsibility for establishing and sustaining a culture where employees feel valued and motivated
• Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achievedby monitoring driver performance, analyzing KPIs, and addressing any performance gaps to meet department targets
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.) by conducting safety audits, ensuring driver adherence to protocols, and staying current on regulatory changes
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance delivery schedules, customer demands, service hours, and workload, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationshipsinternally and externally through regular communication collaboration to improve delivery efficiency and meet overall business objectives
• Other projects or duties as assigned
