Job summary

Hayat Pharmacy Milwaukee is seeking a Delivery Central Supervisor to organize and monitor driver routes, ensure accurate timekeeping, and support daily operations. You will coordinate deliveries, verify paperwork, and resolve issues across shifts to keep the delivery center efficient and compliant.

You will supervise drivers, maintain equipment and records, and collaborate with pharmacies to correct addresses and ensure timely FedEx shipments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers follow company policies (uniform, professionalism, respect).
• Verifying, scanning, and processing facilities.
• Monitoring and responding to emails and chats.
• Reconciling drivers as they return.
• Rebin dry returns and ensure returned fridge items are in the appropriate fridge.
• Answer phone calls and problem solve the situation - cancelling, rescheduling, finding service, etc.
• Hang delivery bags according to zip codes.
• Check with and expedite H2O for facilities and retail deliveries in the afternoon.
• Get/calculate driver count for each shift.
• Split deliveries to the drivers/build the routes.
• Check all fridge items so drivers don't forget before leaving.
• Assist drivers with scanning routes as needed.
• Ensure/Track which phone and car each driver is using.
• Enter counts for drivers and pickups into trackers.
• Work with pharmacies (if needed) to correct addresses.
• Check timecards to verify accurate punches for all team members.
• Generate, print, and process Fed Ex deliveries as needed.
• Clean and organize Delivery Central to maintain a neat and efficient workspace.
• Communicate with other supervisors to "pass down" any critical notes from the previous shift.
• Count money from all driver reconciliations, enter in computer tracker, and place in safe.
• Other duties as assigned
