Lucid Motors is expanding its Highland Park team and seeks a Delivery Manager to oversee all new vehicle deliveries, lease-returns, and trade-ins from the facility. You will lead Delivery Associates and Vehicle Operations Specialists, ensuring compliant, timely, and customer-focused delivery operations.

The role requires 4–8 years in automotive/logistics leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Formación

• 4-8 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive, transportation or logistics industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, sales, or related field preferred; high school degree/GED required.
• Proven ability to lead a team of sales/process-focused professionals to achieve targets.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making with KPI accountability.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce and ability to analyze reports.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field Delivery team to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee delivery process stages: financial clearance, documentation, and delivery ceremonies, coordinating with Field Sales, Lucid Financial Services and logistics partners.
• Ensure transaction accuracy before handing over vehicle and coach team for performance improvements.
• Manage trade-ins, inventory flow, and third-party handling; coordinate with Remarketing and Pre-Delivery inspections.
• Identify barriers and propose data-driven solutions using Salesforce reporting and analytics.
