Job summary

RH is seeking an Home Delivery Lead to coach and mentor a team delivering operational excellence across warehouse and home delivery functions. You will help elevate the customer experience by aligning labor, safety, and process standards.

You will live RH values, promote safety, track records, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet goals including productivity, quality, and development. Previous distribution center or warehouse experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail in your work
• 1+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• RF scanning experience preferred; ability to facilitate change within the organization in a positive manner
• Excellent communication skills; experience training and coaching associates
• Comfortable with and ability to use, learn and train new technology
• Ability to monitor, maintain, and operate equipment and machinery
• Must pass background and drug screen

• Assume responsibility of departmental goals including inventory control through cycle counts and participate in achieving goals on a daily basis
