Job summary

Temco Logistics LLC seeks an organized Operations Manager to support delivery and customer service teams. You will ensure smooth daily operations, accurate scheduling, and high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating routes, supervising drivers, onboarding staff, managing schedules, and monitoring logistics at 3PL sites to drive efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in transportation operations.
• Experience coordinating routing and dispatch activities.
• Experience managing warehouse operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service issues.
• Support drivers and customer service with real-time troubleshooting.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Create and adjust office and driver schedules to optimize coverage.
• Order and manage office supplies.
• Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness.
• Collaborate with routing and driver managers to improve performance.
• Review payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Process reschedules, cancellations, and service exceptions.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics at 3PL locations.
• Track recycling and waste levels for operational improvements.
