Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor to oversee daily delivery activities, plan driver schedules, and optimize routes to meet on-time targets.

You will monitor performance against KPIs, ensure compliance with DOT/OSHA standards, and foster a safe, productive work environment while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3 to 4+ years of related experience and 0 to 1+ years supervisory experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of specific experience and 1 to 2+ years supervisory experience
• CDL Class A license or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning driver schedules and routes
• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement and motivation
• Ensure quality standards and productivity goals by monitoring driver performance and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA and safety regulations through audits and training
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance schedules and workload
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication
• Other projects or duties as assigned
