Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor in Houston, TX. You will supervise daily delivery activities, plan routes, schedule drivers, and ensure on-time performance. A strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service is essential.

The role requires leadership, route optimization, and adherence to DOT/OSHA standards, with the potential to participate in a discretionary incentive plan depending on performance and company rules.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3–4+ years related experience and 0–1+ years supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years experience and 1–2+ years supervisory experience.
• CDL Class A license or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling.
• Foster employee engagement and create a valued, motivated culture.
• Monitor driver performance to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Ensure DOT/OSHA safety compliance and conduct safety audits.
• Coordinate daily routes to balance schedules and workload.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
