Reyes Holdings in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations. You will plan driver schedules, manage routes, and ensure on-time deliveries while fostering an engaging team environment and maintaining safety protocols.

The role requires an Associate degree with 3–4 years of related experience and supervisory exposure, CDL Class A preferred, with a path to growth within our logistics network.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3–4+ years related experience and 0–1+ years supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years specific experience and 1–2+ years supervisory experience.
• CDL Class A license or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Plan driver schedules and routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Foster employee engagement and maintain a motivating culture.
• Monitor KPIs and address performance gaps to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance schedules and workload.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and collaborate to improve delivery efficiency.
