Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor in Texas to supervise daily delivery activities, plan driver schedules, and coordinate routes to meet customer demand while maintaining safety and compliance. You will drive KPI achievement and foster an engaging team culture.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience with supervisory exposure and a CDL Class A license (or willingness to obtain). Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or GED with 3–5 years of related ops experience and supervisor exposure.
• CDL Class A license or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning driver schedules and routes.
• Promote employee engagement and a culture where staff feel valued.
• Monitor driver performance and KPIs to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/OSHA and safety standards through audits.
• Coordinate daily routes to balance schedules, demand, and workload.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication.
