Job summary

Orange Logic is seeking a Delivery Operations Coordinator to manage the operational execution of the planned work system across IT and infrastructure initiatives. You will own intake, prioritize, and coordinate the flow of work, ensuring clear ownership, status, and timely progress.

You will facilitate meetings, track metrics like throughput and queue health, and drive continuous improvements in workflows and tooling. A B.S.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in delivery coordination, operations, or project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of workflow management, ticketing systems, and delivery processes like Agile or Kanban.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail and process integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution and continuous improvement of the planned work system across IT and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Facilitate dispatch meetings and coordinate follow‑up ceremonies with SMEs to align on priorities and sequencing.
  • Serve as primary liaison for all tickets in the planned work queue with clear ownership and status.
  • Manage intake of planned work, ensuring proper documentation, prioritization, and alignment with objectives.
  • Maintain visibility into work status, dependencies, and blockers; escalate issues affecting flow.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional communication between IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, and stakeholders.
  • Track and report on metrics such as queue health, throughput, aging work, and completion rates.
  • Enforce processes while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and tooling.
  • Ensure items meet readiness criteria before execution and are closed on completion.
  • Promote clarity, accountability, and consistency in planned work across teams.

The Delivery Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the operational execution of the planned work system across IT and infrastructure initiatives. This role owns the intake, coordination, and flow of work through the planned work queue, ensuring that priorities are clearly defined, work is properly sequenced, and progress remains visible to stakeholders.

Your Role at Orange Logic:
  • Own the execution and continuous improvement of the planned work system, ensuring consistency, transparency, and efficiency in how work is managed.
  • Facilitate dispatch meetings and coordinate follow-up ceremonies with subject matter experts to align on priorities, scope, and sequencing.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all tickets moving through the planned work queue, ensuring clear ownership, status tracking, and timely progression.
  • Manage intake of planned work, ensuring requests are properly documented, prioritized, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain visibility into work status, dependencies, and blockers, proactively escalating issues that impact flow or delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment.
  • Track and report on operational metrics such as queue health, throughput, aging work, and completion rates.
  • Enforce adherence to established processes while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, tooling, and coordination practices.
  • Ensure all work items meet defined readiness criteria before entering execution and are properly closed upon completion.
  • Promote clarity, accountability, and consistency in how planned work is managed across teams.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • B.S. degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3–6 years of experience in delivery coordination, operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of workflow management, ticketing systems, and delivery processes (Agile, Kanban, or similar).
  • Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail and process integrity.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on operational metrics such as throughput, backlog health, and work completion.
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $60,000 - 70,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
