Job summary

OnLogic, Inc. in South Burlington, Vermont, seeks a Director of Global Supply Chain to lead a multifunctional team spanning Procurement, Purchasing, Demand Planning and Logistics. This onsite role requires delivering end-to-end supply chain strategies across electronics lifecycle and driving cost efficiency.

You will manage KPIs, collaborate with Product Management and Engineering, negotiate with Tier 1 suppliers, and present executive analyses. Relocation or commuting to Vermont is encouraged.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of experience/knowledge working on product developments.
  • Proven knowledge of CM/ODM/OEM/COTS business models.
  • Experience managing an S&OP process.
  • RFQ package creation, supplier source selection, and cost analysis.
  • Experience managing an international team is a plus.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Job description

As the Director of Global Supply Chain, you are a key part of the Global Operations team. Based out of our South Burlington, Vermont office, you are responsible for leading a Global, multifunctional Supply Chain team including Procurement, Purchasing, Demand Planning, and Logistics functions.

You thrive in a fast paced environment and are practiced in the execution of end-to-end supply chain management strategies throughout an Electronic product’s lifecycle. You achieve this through excellent communication, using a problem solving mindset, coupled with a data-driven approach to inform your decision making.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing Supply Chain strategies to support OnLogic’s Revenue, EBITDA, and Working Capital goals.
  • Managing Supply Chain KPIs, supplier scorecards, and driving process improvements.
  • Collaborating with Product Management to develop sourcing strategies to support the product roadmap, and developing forecasts to support customer deliveries.
  • Partnering with Engineering and Project Management to ensure that new products launch on time, within scope and budget.
  • Negotiating Supply Agreements and cost reductions with Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to create strategies to compress lead times and reduce direct material costs.
  • Preparing Supply Chain analyses and Executive-level presentations for decision making purposes.
  • Meeting with suppliers and stakeholders for key operational and status updates used to drive supplier relationship management and process improvement.

The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $230,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
