Job summary

National HME, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Medical Service Technician in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves safely driving a 16-foot box truck, loading and delivering DME equipment, and training patients or caregivers on proper use.

The position is full-time with a rotating on-call schedule. No experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• A current state issued driver's license is required.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check (MVR) with no major violations in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Criminal background check and drug screen will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and maintain company vehicle (16-foot box truck or van).
• Enforce DOT and FDA regulations related to Oxygen and DME for the branch.
• Receive route and stock, load equipment, secure and stage the vehicle.
• Deliver, unload, and set equipment to full functionality.
• Instruct patients/caregivers on proper use and care of equipment.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationships across the organization.
• Work in a 24/7 operation with rotating on-call schedules.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
