Job summary

National HME in St. Louis, MO, is hiring Medical Service Technicians to drive and service DME deliveries. We train the right candidates and no experience is required.

You will safely operate a 16-foot box truck, load and unload equipment, and ensure patients and caregivers understand how to use the devices.

This is a 24/7 operation with rotating on-call schedules and a strong emphasis on reliability, professionalism, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations in past 5 years.
• Subject to a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and maintain company vehicle and deliver equipment.
• Load stock, secure and stage vehicle for deliveries.
• Deliver and set up equipment for patient use.
• Instruct patients/caregivers on proper use and care.
• Maintain professional interactions and on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Support branch operations as assigned.
