Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end retirement plan communications, from initial request to participant delivery. This hands-on role emphasizes execution, attention to detail, and running a clean, efficient operation while collaborating with client-facing teams.

You’ll manage proofs, edits, and fulfillment using the Schwab Communications Management Platform, hit deadlines, and drive templates and standard solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally with exposure to financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex information.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong relationship skills and ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Execute communication requests end-to-end: pull proofs, review content for accuracy, manage edits and approvals, and fulfill communications via direct mail, bulk ship, and email.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand plan sponsor goals and translate them into effective deliverables.
• Drive efficiency at scale by championing templates and standard solutions and reducing custom production overhead.
• Own your workflow by using established processes to set expectations, document progress, and keep stakeholders informed at every stage.
• Contribute to a high-performing team by supporting change management efforts and maintaining a culture of curiosity and accountability.
