Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end fulfillment of retirement plan communications. You will partner with Participant Engagement Consultants and Relationship Managers to translate strategy into polished deliverables and ensure on-time, accurate outputs.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, attention to detail, and building scalable processes. A bachelor’s degree and experience in financial services or benefits communications are preferred, with a hybrid work setup in

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally with exposure to financial services or benefits-related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can simplify complex information and write clearly for different audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive each one to a smooth, on-time close.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, even under tight timelines.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset - you anticipate problems and propose fixes before they become issues.
• Strong relationship skills and the ability to influence outcomes without relying on formal authority.
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively, adapting to whatever the situation requires.

Responsibilities

• Execute communications requests end-to-end: proofs, edits, approvals, and fulfillment via mail, bulk ship, and email.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to translate strategies into deliverables and understand sponsor goals.
• Drive efficiency by championing templates and reducing custom production overhead.
• Own workflow: track progress, document status, and keep stakeholders informed at every stage.
• Contribute to a high-performing team with a mindset of curiosity, accountability, and growth.
