Job summary

Version 1 Solutions Limited seeks a Delivery Manager to lead technical projects in the public sector using Agile methodologies. You will drive end-to-end delivery across teams, facilitate ceremonies, coach staff, and adapt processes to improve velocity and predictability.

You will coordinate cross-team workstreams, refine backlogs, and ensure backlog items meet acceptance criteria while minimizing dependencies and risk. This is a full-time role in a complex, public-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical project delivery.
• Led difficult technical projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record facilitating Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams.
• Experience coaching teams on Agile practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience scaling Agile across multiple workstreams and managing dependencies.
• Strong backlog management and acceptance criteria definition.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and delivery predictability.

Job Description
