Job summary

PAR Retail, a PAR Technology product, is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead delivery and deployment of the PAR Retail Platform for new and existing customers. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and third parties to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across programs that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years Agile Delivery using Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
• 3+ years Technology/Software Project Delivery experience.
• Certifications such as CSM, CSP, SAFe or PMP are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Retail or payments industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and meetings across cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery for projects, including scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Build relationships with PAR Retail customers and stakeholders.
• Manage change and mitigate risks to keep delivery on track.
• Provide regular status reporting and escalate issues when needed.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive measurable delivery outcomes: predictability and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as required.
