Job summary

Prosights, Inc. is seeking a proven delivery leader to guide large-scale enterprise software and data transformation programs across North American customers. You will drive engagement outcomes, manage risk and scale delivery practices with cross-functional teams and executive sponsors.

The role involves close collaboration with sponsors, operators, technology leaders, and PE value-creation teams, with travel to client sites as needed to advance outcomes and maintain trust.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear view of outcomes, milestones, risks, staffing, economics, and executive decisions across North American customers.
• Establish planning, governance, escalation, quality, and handover practices that preserve speed without chaos.
• Set expectations, surface hard decisions early, and maintain trust with sponsors, operators, technology leaders, and PE value-creation teams.
• Support FDE and FDS leads, resolve cross-functional blockers, and coach teams on scope, communication, and customer judgment.
• Ensure each engagement connects shipped software to measurable revenue, cost, control, or operating outcomes.
• Stay close enough to the work to know when a milestone is truly done and when risks are hidden by status language.
• Move between executive steering conversations and detailed working sessions with delivery teams.
• Re-plan quickly when source data, system access, or customer ownership differs from expectations.
• Travel to customer sites when being in the room changes the outcome.
• Build repeatable delivery standards from real engagement evidence, not process for its own sake.

What you would build

Engagement portfolio. Maintain a clear view of outcomes, milestones, risks, staffing, economics, and executive decisions across North American customers.

Who you are

Proven delivery leader. 7+ years leading enterprise software, data, implementation, consulting, or transformation programs.

Technically credible. You can reason about data models, integrations, cloud constraints, software releases, and implementation risk with engineers.

Commercially aware. You understand scope, margin, expansion, executive sponsorship, and the difference between activity and customer value.

Direct communicator. You make status legible, escalat early, and can deliver a difficult message without damaging trust.

High ownership. You are comfortable with ambiguity, frequent travel, and being accountable for the whole engagement—not just the plan.

About the interview

Three to four conversations with the founders and delivery team, followed by a paid working session around a realistic engagement that is off track. We will look at how you diagnose the situation, reset the plan, communicate with the customer, and protect the outcome.
