Senior Technical Lead, Cloud & Integrations

Prosights is a data transformation partner to the largest private equity-backed portfolio companies. We unify messy data after M&A, turn documents into clean structured data, replace spreadsheet workflows with real software, and keep data in sync across disparate systems. We embed engineers inside the company, ship a working prototype in 48 hours, and have production software live in about four weeks. More than 70% of the 10 largest PE firms have used ProSights.

What you would build

Deployment architecture. Standardize secure patterns across AWS, Azure, and GCP using infrastructure as code, private networking, secrets management, and controlled release workflows.

Enterprise identity. Implement SAML and OIDC SSO, SCIM, RBAC, service identities, and least-privilege access across customer and ProSights components.

Integration reliability. Design resilient connectors for ERPs, CRMs, document repositories, warehouses, APIs, SFTP, queues, and legacy databases.

Production readiness. Own observability, incident response, backup and recovery, capacity, security evidence, and operational handover.

Technical leadership. Guide engineers through design reviews and unblock the difficult infrastructure and integration decisions on live engagements.

What the job is actually like

Join customer security and architecture reviews and turn requirements into a concrete deployment plan.

Debug across application code, APIs, network boundaries, permissions, vendor systems, and cloud services.

Create golden paths and templates without assuming every customer has the same cloud or operating model.

Partner closely with FDEs during the last mile from working prototype to supported production system.

Help customers own the software by documenting, training, and designing for clean operational handover.

Who you are

Senior technical lead. 8+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, enterprise integration, or solutions engineering.

Multi-cloud depth. Deep in at least one major cloud and credible across the others; strong with Terraform, containers, CI/CD, networking, and IAM.

Integration expert. Comfortable with REST and event-driven systems, OAuth, webhooks, SFTP, database connectivity, retries, idempotency, and reconciliation.

Security-aware. You can work productively with enterprise security teams and design controls without blocking delivery.

Calm in production. You diagnose systematically, communicate clearly, and take ownership when systems are under pressure.

About the interview

Three to four conversations with the founders and engineering team, followed by a paid technical exercise around deploying and integrating a real application inside a constrained enterprise environment. We care about your reasoning, failure modes, and operating judgment as much as the final diagram.
