Job summary

Prosights, Inc. seeks an experienced delivery leader to own European delivery across multiple engagements. You will manage outcomes, milestones, risks, staffing, and client communications while adapting delivery to local systems and regulatory expectations.

Prosights is a data transformation partner to the largest private equity-backed portfolio companies. We unify messy data after M&A, turn documents into clean structured data, replace spreadsheet workflows with real software, and keep data in sync across disparate systems. What you would build

European delivery portfolio. Own outcomes, milestones, risks, staffing, and customer communication across concurrent engagements.

Regional execution. Adapt delivery to local systems, languages, vendors, data residency, and regulatory expectations without lowering the product or engineering standard.

Customer governance. Build effective decision forums across portfolio-company leadership, local operating teams, fund sponsors, and third-party partners.

Cross-border coordination. Keep distributed customer and ProSights teams aligned across time zones, workstreams, and dependencies.

Regional capability. Help hire, coach, and establish the delivery practices required to scale ProSights across Europe.

Executive and practical. You are credible with a board sponsor and equally comfortable unblocking the operating team.

Based in London. You can travel regularly across Europe and collaborate closely with a New York-based leadership team.

About the interview

Three to four conversations with the founders and delivery team, followed by a paid working session based on a cross-border customer engagement. We will focus on judgment, communication, regional execution, and how you build trust while moving quickly.
