The role combines delivery duties with leadership, staff development, and training responsibilities. Expect 35–40 hours weekly, with shifts, admin tasks, and occasional evenings/weekends as part of a fast-paced, supportive team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Driver in restaurants.
• Previous lead, supervisor, or trainer experience preferred.
• Must complete a food safety certification within 6 months.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the delivery team to ensure fast, reliable service.
• Manage driver scheduling, training, and quarterly reviews.
• Handle on-road deliveries and driver support during shifts.
• Assist with admin tasks, ordering, and department projects.
• Collaborate with GM/AGM to maintain smooth operations.
