BairesDev is seeking a Delivery Manager (IT) to lead medium to large scale technology projects delivered via staff augmentation. You will drive strategic delivery plans, mentor multi-disciplinary teams, and maintain strong client partnerships in a fully remote environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in engineering management, strong budget oversight, and a proven track record with Agile methodologies and international clients. The role offers flexible hours and a global, multicultural team.

• Assess and improve billable utilization rates, support capacity planning initiatives, and contribute to accurate project profitability forecasting.
• Actively identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships; consistently deliver measurable value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support information technology strategy development and procedure implementation by evaluating project outcomes, identifying potential issues, assessing industry trends, and understanding evolving requirements.
• Contribute to financial objective achievement by supporting forecasting activities, managing project expenditures, reviewing budget variances, and implementing corrective measures.
• Ensure consistent service quality by implementing and maintaining established organizational standards.
• Support overall team success by delivering exceptional results and meeting project commitments.

As a Delivery Manager (IT), you will successfully manage one or more medium to large-scale technology projects through staff augmentation approaches, ensuring the effective delivery of specific software products and organizational transformations via multidisciplinary, highly skilled technical teams. You'll secure successful project outcomes while fostering team development and maintaining strong client partnerships.
