Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading complex, multi-team software delivery engagements.
• Expertise in Agile delivery governance, sprint cadence, and risk register maintenance.
• Proven stakeholder management across engineering, product, infrastructure, and account leadership.
• Experience reporting delivery health through DORA metrics and milestone updates.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling and impact on velocity and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Own sprint cadence across three parallel pods with consistent planning and retrospectives.
• Maintain program risk register; escalate blockers and track to closure.
• Report delivery health using DORA metrics and AI tooling ROI indicators.
• Coordinate onboarding, environment setup, and ramp-up for full team ownership.
• Ensure readiness gates are met; facilitate onboarding sessions with client stakeholders.
