Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Delivery Manager / Product Manager to lead MVP delivery for an AI-driven Change Impact Testing platform. You will align stakeholders, translate technical trade-offs into business outcomes, and drive quality handovers with documentation and training.

You will manage client interfaces across multiple product lines, own the backlog, and coordinate milestones across distributed teams, while ensuring clear acceptance criteria and robust UAT processes.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in delivery management with client-facing engagements.
• Proven product ownership experience with backlog management and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management, including VP-level audiences.
• Solid requirements gathering and ability to translate data/AI trade-offs into business terms.
• Experience with data/AI platforms and ML lifecycle concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client interface across parallel product lines and stakeholder groups.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with clear franchise context and acceptance criteria.
• Align stakeholders on risk scoring, inputs, and algorithm decisions.
• Translate data and AI trade-offs into clear business language for decision-makers.
• Coordinate delivery milestones across distributed teams and time zones.
• Plan shadow walkthroughs, capture findings, and feed scope updates.
• Author and manage end-to-end UAT including criteria, plan, and sign-off.
