Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Management Engineer II within our GPS Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team to maintain secure Linux/macOS environments and drive client delivery projects. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot endpoint tools, perform vulnerability scans, and support remediation efforts across hybrid cloud infrastructure.

The role requires on-site work at Patuxent River, MD five days a week and an active Secret clearance, with travel up to 100% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years installing, configuring, and troubleshooting apps (Windows, Linux and/or similar).
• 2+ years of direct customer support experience.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• On-site work in Patuxent River, MD 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Linux- and macOS-based client delivery systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot endpoint applications and system tools.
• Perform vulnerability scans and support remediation activities.
• Use Unified Endpoint Management tools to administer devices and enforce policies.
• Provide technical end-user support and resolve system and application issues.
