Qualifications

• Experience overseeing transportation operations and delivery networks.
• Proven skills in routing, dispatching, and driver coordination.
• Experience managing warehouses and inventory in a logistics setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions.
• Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Build, manage, and adjust office and driver schedules.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness.
• Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance.
• Review payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Process reschedules, cancellations, and customer service exceptions.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations.
• Track recycling and waste levels and recommend operational improvements.
