WholesomeCo in Bountiful, Utah, is seeking a Delivery Logistics Dispatch Supervisor to oversee outbound logistics, ensure 100% order integrity, and drive efficiency from our facility. The role emphasizes accurate scheduling, routing, and driver support in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers full-time hours Sunday–Thursday, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with HSA.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of management experience preferred.
• 3+ years dispatch or transportation industry experience preferred, including creating efficient driver routes.
• FrontApp experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data organization, routing, Microsoft, and Google products.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage team schedule on a rotating basis to ensure coverage.
• Coordinate with delivery leadership to stay aligned with changes.
• Monitor routes for driver safety and delivery metrics.
• Schedule deliveries and assemble orders; facilitate payments.
• Maintain transportation manifests and patient delivery records.
• Assist drivers with dispatch inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Stay updated on cannabis delivery regulations and product knowledge.
• Communicate operational updates to the dispatch team.
• Manage rostered drivers and route assignments in routing software.
