Qualifications

• 1+ years dispatch and/or logistics experience.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, route, schedule deliveries and assemble orders.
• Create transportation manifests and required records for patient deliveries.
• Answer calls with a cheerful, positive attitude regarding dispatch issues.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and delivery regulations.
• Monitor routing software and assist drivers throughout the day.
