Job summary

Entarian is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive project delivery, coordinate resources, and manage risks across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related programs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and act as the primary liaison with the client.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, client engagement, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable work streams while maintaining quality, timelines, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of IT program or project management, preferably in federal contracting.
• Proven success leading delivery teams in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity.
• Strong organization and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for executives, teams, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of technical professionals to deliver modernization and security programs.
• Serve as primary liaison between Entarian, clients, and internal stakeholders to align schedules and priorities.
• Facilitate program planning, stand-ups, and status reviews with visible progress and risk escalation.
• Translate requirements into actionable work streams with technical experts.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using Jira and other PM tools.
• Ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency of deliverables, including reports and presentations.
