Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of complex technology initiatives and bridge gaps between the Business Enablement Manager, Engineers, and stakeholders. You will drive delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide technical decisions to ensure timely, high-quality results.

The role requires 6+ years delivering technology projects, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Jira/Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years delivering technology initiatives (e-commerce, retail systems, ERP, POS, OMS, CRM, or MarTech preferred).
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
• Strong command of delivery methods (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and scaled frameworks) and traditional project controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage delivery plans (milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets) across parallel workstreams.
• Facilitate quarterly and sprint planning; align teams to strategic initiatives/overall goals, capacity, and critical path.
• Provide guidance on technical decision-making and problem-solving, ensuring best practices in project execution.
• Drive standups, demos, retros; remove blockers; ensure change control.
• Produce clear status comms and executive readouts; elevate with options and impact.
• Coordinate UAT, cutover, and launch checklists; ensure training, support, monitoring, and rollback plans.
• Oversee SOWs, SLAs, and deliverables; manage partner performance and integration timelines.
• Track actuals vs. forecast; surface variances; support business cases and benefits realization.
• Ensure security/privacy, accessibility, and policy adherence; partner with InfoSec on reviews.
• Analyze delivery metrics; implement playbooks and ways-of-working improvements.
