Job summary

Full Swing Golf is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery for one or more engineering pods. This is an execution and accountability role: you know why a date will hold or slip, you’ve resolved blockers, and you tell leadership the truth about risk before it becomes a surprise.

You’ll partner with engineering leads, QA, product, and design to turn ambiguous scope into a sequenced, resourced plan and drive it to completion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager in a software/engineering organization.
• Track record delivering multiple concurrent cross-team programs on time.
• Ability to read system diagrams and surface real risk without translation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery for assigned program(s) or pod(s).
• Maintain a master timeline reflecting capacity and throughput.
• Surface blockers and dependencies before they impact dates.
